| Code of Conduct |
Penalties for breach of Sportsmanship code ( to include but not limited to property damage, abusive language, club throwing, or excessive drinking) may include censure, suspension or revocation of playing privilege. USGA Decisions on the Rules of Golf - (US/33-8/101). |
| MCGA Dress Code |
Contestants must wear appropriate golf attire. Gym shorts, cut offs, shirts without collars, and sleeveless shirts are not acceptable. Mock turtlenecks are permitted. Shorts must be bermuda type in length. |
| Prize Adder |
Prize money for this tournament will increased by $200 with funds from the association treasury. This will be in addition to the normal funds derived from the tournament entry fees. Purse distribution will be determined by the tournament committe and posted at the close of entries. |
| Refunds |
No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after the entry deadline. A $10.00 withdrawal fee will be charged to anyone withdrawing from the tournament prior to the entry deadline. |
| Senior Tees |
If designated on their entry or to the tournament committee, prior to the entry deadline, players age 60 and older are eligible to play from the Yellow tees. Yellow tee handicaps will be adjusted in accordance to Section 3-5 of the USGA Handicap manual, except for flighted tournaments. |
| Teams |
Players may create their own teams or enter as individuals or partial teams. Individuals and partial teams will be paired by the tournament committee after the entry deadline. |
