Penalties for breach of Sportsmanship code ( to include but not limited to property damage, abusive language, club throwing, or excessive drinking) may include censure, suspension or revocation of playing privilege. USGA Decisions on the Rules of Golf - (US/33-8/101). |
| Eligibility |
The Championship and Senior Championship divisions are open to amateurs who meet the USGA definition of an amateur golfer and are residents of the state of Tennessee. Participants in the Senior Championship must be 55 years of age or older on or before the start of the competition. All applicants must be aged 13 years or older. The Members Flighted division is for Music City Golf Association members only. Members must have a pre-established USGA handicap index prior to submitting their tournament entry. |

| MCGA Dress Code |
Contestants must wear appropriate golf attire. Gym shorts, cut offs, shirts without collars, and sleeveless shirts are not acceptable. Mock turtlenecks are permitted. Shorts must be bermuda type in length. |
| Refunds |
No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after the entry deadline. A $20.00 withdrawal fee will be charged to anyone withdrawing from the tournament prior to the entry deadline. |
| TGA Level II Event |
The Championship and Senior Championship divisions are recognized TGA level II events. Players competing in these divisions will be eligible for Player of the Year points as outlined by the Tennessee Golf Association. |
